Very simple and clear to fill out the application form, got to choose how many months and what day I wanted it, was tracked with Fedex and arrived quickly and discretely. I had never ordered online before so I’m super happy with how everything went and will continue to use!

I've been using this service coming up to two years now. I do not have a single complaint. They really do make it so easy and convenient and I'll never get my prescription any other way now. I had trouble keeping family doctors in my area (they kept moving) and it was a pain to always be going to the walk in clinic for a 1-3 month prescription. This has made my life so darn easy I never have to remember to pick up my script, I added my insurance coverage and it's the same price I pay in pharmacy for this service. If you subscribe to their emails they sometimes have discounted doctor visits if that fee is your concern but I paid for it and it was so worth it for this service. No regrets at all. I've never had to contact customer service and they email me letting me know my prescription is on its way, it takes maybe a day or two and it's always here a week before I need it so I never panic! They really have it perfected and I'm so happy. At the end of the prescription (1yr for me) they ask you to renew it and it literally takes 2 mins to fill in your answers and it's done and boom another year of service (no fee). You can select the amount of months of your prescription you want to receive as well.

I think felix is a very handy and helpful service! Every time I have contacted them for help or assistance they have answered in a quick and respectful manner! The only thing I wish would be better would be the delivery time. However, I do understand that there are delays due to the pandemic. Overall, I highly recommend felix!
